1. Products

We sell digital downloadable guides and related materials, including files provided in formats such as Markdown and PDF.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

2. License and permitted use

When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own internal or personal use.

Unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing, you may not:

• redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, or publish the product
• upload the product to public repositories, marketplaces, or file-sharing services
• claim the product as your own work
• use the product in a way that violates applicable law

3. Payments

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our third-party merchant of record and payment processor. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. No user accounts

We do not provide customer accounts on the site. You are responsible for keeping your downloaded files secure after delivery.

6. Intellectual property

All products, site content, branding, and related materials remain the property of Kyrnich & Co or its licensors.

Purchasing a product gives you a license to use it under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

7. Disclaimer

We aim to provide useful, professional-quality materials. However, our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the products will meet every need, produce specific business outcomes, or be error-free.

Your sole contractual remedy is our 30-day refund policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyrnich & Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of our site or products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

9. Governing framework

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a commercially reasonable manner for international digital sales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled in an appropriate forum with due regard to applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
